Organization

With its revitalized function of governing the WESM primarily through the PEMC Board of Directors (PEM Board) and the WESM Governance Committees (WGCs), the organizational structure was mapped out to enable PEMC effectively realize its main objective of enabling a fair, transparent and reliable power trading environment. Through this table of organization, PEMC is ensuring that appropriate mechanisms are in place for the proper governance of the WESM.
