Market Operator Performance

The Annual Market Operator Performance Report provides the results of the monitoring and assessment of the Market Operator's (MO) performance for the period in review, including the recommendations to enhance the Market Operator Performance Standards (MOPS) and MO performance, and the corresponding action plans of the MO. It provides empirical evidence of the MO's delivery of services and provision of information to electricity market participants, governance bodies and interested parties.

The performance evaluation is made based on the DOE-approved MOPS to provide indication on the MO performance with respect to its responsibilities under applicable laws, rules and regulations.
