Switching Requirement related to the Certification of No Outstanding Balance
Overview
The Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines’ (IEMOP) Proposed Amendments to Retail Rules and Retail Manuals on Switching Requirement related to the Certification of No Outstanding Balance (ORCP-RR-RM-22-07) aims to provide a mechanism for Suppliers and Retail Customers to comply with the switching requirement for Retail Customers to have no outstanding balance with NSP or incumbent Supplier.
Market Rules and Manuals Affected
The documents proposed to be amended are the RCC and PEM Board-approved versions of the following under RCC No. 2022-07 that is still pending DOE approval as of date:
