The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to NGCP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manuals on System Security and Reliability and Dispatch Protocol for the Implementation of the Reserve Market (ORCP-WR-WM-21-13). The proposal aims to update and enhance the guidelines in view of various policy and regulatory issuances and the eventual implementation of the Reserve Market.

The WESM documents for amendments are:

1.     WESM Rules;

2.     WESM Manual on System Security and Reliability Guidelines Issue 1.0; and

3.     WESM Manual on Dispatch Protocol Issue 16.0
