ERC Order & Notice of Public/Virtual Hearing dtd 22 Jan 24 (MF2021)

Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2024, the Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines, Inc. (IEMOP) filed the instant Application dated 04 August 2020 in the case titled, “In the Matter of the Application for Approval of the Level of Market Fees for the Calendar Year 2021 for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM),” docketed as ERC Case No. 2024-006 RC.

The instant Application was filed with the ERC seeking the latter’s approval of the level of Market Fees for Calendar Year 2021 for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market.

In the Order and Notice of Public/Virtual Hearing, both dated 22 January 2024, the ERC scheduled the instant Application for hearing on the following dates:

As stated in the Notice of Public Hearing, any interested stakeholder may submit its comments and/or clarifications at least one (1) calendar day prior to the scheduled initial hearing via electronic mail (e-mail) at docket@erc.ph, copy furnish the Legal Service through legal@erc.ph. Moreover, any person who has an interest in the subject matter may become a party by filing with the ERC via electronic mail at docket@erc.ph, copy furnish the Legal Service through legal@erc.ph a verified Petition to Intervene at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date of the initial hearing and subject to the requirements under Rule 9 of the ERC Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Likewise, all other persons who may want their views known to the ERC with respect to the subject matter of the case may file via electronic mail at docket@erc.ph, copy furnish the Legal Service through legal@erc.ph, their Opposition or Comment at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date of the initial hearing and subject to the requirements under Rule 9 of the ERC Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure.
