The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to PEMC’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules regarding the Authority of the ERC to Issue Rules on the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus or Deficit (ORCP-WR-20-07).

The proposed rules change is to update the WESM Rules to clarify the ERC’s authority to issue, motu propio, rules on the distribution of net settlement surplus/deficit (NSS/NSD).

Kindly submit your comments by courier and by e-mail in Word format (.doc or .docx) no later than 08 April 2020 or 30 working days from the date of publication (26 February 2020). Please write your comments in the relevant matrices.
