The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to IEMOP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manual for the Implementation of ERC Resolution No. 07 Series of 2019 entitled “A Resolution Adopting Amendments to the Rules for the Distribution of Net Settlement Surplus" (ORCP-WR-WM-20-04).

The proposal seeks to reflect the provisions of the ERC Resolution No. 07 Series of 2019 (issued last 08 November 2019) amending the rules for the distribution of NSS in the following WESM documents:

1. WESM Rules
2. WESM Manual on the Management of Net Settlement Surplus Issue 3.0

Kindly submit your comments by courier and by e-mail in Word format (.doc or .docx) no later than 13 April 2020 or 30 working days from the date of publication (28 February 2020). Please write your comments in the relevant matrices.
