CANCELLATION of ERC HEARINGS for MARKET FEE APPLICATION FOR CY 2019 and 2020

Following the issuance of the ERC Order for Case No. 2019-088 RC entitled “In the Matter of the Application for the Approval of the Structure and Level of Market Fees for Calendar Years 2019 and 2020 with prayer for provisional authority”, please be informed that the following scheduled hearings are CANCELLED until further notice:
