The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to PEMC’s Proposed Amendments to the to the WESM Rules and Retail Rules for the Operation of the Renewable Energy Market (ORCP-WR-RR-20-08)

The proposal seeks to harmonize the WESM Rules and the Retail Rules with Section 8 of the Renewable Energy Act of 2008 (RA 9513) and the Renewable Energy Market (REM) Rules promulgated under DOE Department Circular No. DC2019-12-0016 in relation to the implementation of the Renewable Energy Market.

Kindly submit your comments by courier and by e-mail in Word format (.doc or .docx) no later than 24 April 2020 or 30 working days from the date of publication (11 March 2020). Please write your comments in the relevant matrix.
