The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to IEMOP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manuals on the Rationalization of Billing Adjustment Timelines (ORCP-WR-WM-20-13).

The proposal seeks to reduce the duration of the financial risks from billing adjustments to the WESM Trading Participants by providing shorter and clearer timelines in reporting and correcting errors or discrepancies in settlement.
