Call for Comments on the Proposed Amendment to the REM Rules (ORCP-RGC-2020-11-001) - TransCo's Timeline for the Provision of Data to the RE Registrar

The REM Governance Committee (RGC) is inviting all REM Participants and interested parties to submit comments to TransCo’s Proposed Amendment to the REM Rules (ORCP-RGC-2020-11-001).

TransCo’s proposal seeks to amend REM Rules Clause 3.2.1.2 to provide a more feasible timeline for TransCo in submitting data to the RE Registrar, and effectively, align the RE Registrar’s timetable for REC issuance under Clause 3.2.2.3 as a result of the proposed change in TransCo’s timeline.

Please write your comments in the proper columns provided in the Matrix of Proposed Amendment and submit it together with the accomplished RGC Form 4.

Kindly submit your comments both in word and pdf formats through email at cpc-sai@wesm.ph no later than 04 February 2021 or 30 working days from the date of publication, 17 December 2020.
