The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to IEMOP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules, WESM Manuals and Retail Manual regarding Validation Timeline Adjustment in Metering and Billing (ORCP-WR-WM-RM-21-01).

The proposal aims to enhance validation of settlement inputs and calculations. In addition, the proposed amendments address inconsistencies in the WESM Rules and Manuals on metering correction timeline.
