The Dispute Resolution Administrator hereby informs Market Participants that the list of Dispute Management Protocol Focal Persons and Alternates and their respective contact details, updated as of December 2020, has been published in the market website. The list can be accessed by first logging in your user account, then proceeding to the Downloads section of the PEMC website, under Dispute Resolution Administrator.

The list contains submissions or updates of designated DMP Focal Persons and Alternates of WESM, WESM Mindanao, and Retail Market Participants pursuant to the Notice issued last July 2020 published in the PEMC website.

We will continue to accept submissions of DMP Focal Persons and Alternates if you have yet to comply with our previous notices. For those who have already submitted, we encourage sending us updates should there be changes in your appointed Focal Persons and/or Alternates. You may reach us through the following:
