The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to the IEMOP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manual on Registration, Suspension and De-Registration Criteria and Procedures regarding De-registration and Cessation (ORCP-WR-WM-21-05).

The proposal aims to make the process of de-registering more efficient for WESM Members that has recently become ineligible for membership, and provide a validation period for cessation requests in response to a finding during the recent market operations audit.
