Dear Metering Services Providers,

Please be informed that the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) will be implementing its updated MSP Performance Monitoring and Assessment Procedure effective this month of July 2021 for the preparation of the MSP Performance Rating covering the period 26 May – 25 June 2021.

This procedure was presented during PEMC’s Coordination Meeting with MSPs on 15 July 2021. For guidance of all MSPs, the flowchart below provides the steps and timeline for the updated procedure:
