The Dispute Resolution Administrator (DRA) is now accepting submissions OR updates from ALL Market Participants (Wholesale and Retail) on their respective Dispute Management Protocol (DMP) Focal Persons and Alternates, as required per Section 8.3 and Section 2, Annex A of the Dispute Resolution Market Manual (DRMM) until 31 August 2021. Please take note of the following:

• If you have already submitted the name and contact details of your DMP Focal Person/s and alternates previously and / or we do not receive a notice from you for any change / update on the details you have submitted within 31 August 2021, we will retain the names and contact details you have previously submitted, as indicated in our current list as of December 2020.
• If you have not yet previously submitted the names and contact details of your DMP Focal Persons and Alternates and we fail to receive any submission from you within 31 August 2021, your company’s Main Contact, as provided in your WESM Contact Information Sheet, will be designated by default as your DMP Focal Person.

The DMP Focal Person is the first point of contact for the notification of disputes relating to WESM disputes. It is recommended that he/she must be familiar with and understands the dispute resolution processes in the WESM Rules. The Focal Person shall also have a high level of authority for the resolution of disputes or has a quick and easy access to people with requisite level of authority to ensure that all agreements reached during the negotiation are binding to all
concerned parties.

If you wish to access the current list of DMP Focal Persons, you may log in to your MyWESM account and proceed to the Downloads / Market Governance / Dispute Resolution Administration section of the Market website, under Dispute Resolution Administrator. The list contains submissions or updates of designated DMP Focal Persons and Alternates of WESM, WESM Mindanao and Retail Market Participants as of December 2020. For new submissions or changes / updates to previous submissions of DMP Focal Persons, you may accomplish the attached template and submit it on or before 31 August 2021 via email to legal@wesm.ph , addressed to the Dispute Resolution Administrator, c/o Legal Department Philippine Electricity Market Corporation.
